A bit about myself

Hello my name is Jacob. I have been addicted to the gym since I was 14, this has turned me into a dedicated personal trainer with experience in coaching people of all ages and fitness levels. Whether you’re a young athlete trying to build strength, an adult improving fitness and confidence, or someone older focusing on mobility and health, I’ll support and motivate you every step of the way to help you become your strongest, healthiest self.

This is Mathew. Going from 60kg -> 73kg in 9 month making unbelievable progress. Strength achievements also include 120kg squats 30kg dips and unlocking a bodyweight muscle up!
